DOT-SAP (Sometimes known as SAP assessment)
The? S.A.P.? process includes:
- 24 hour response time
- Face to face clinical assessment
- Referral for treatment and/or education (level determined by? S.A.P.)
- S.A.P. monitoring of employee in treatment
- Face to face follow up clinical evaluation to determine if employee? has complied
- Follow up testing schedule
- After care recommendations (as deemed necessary)

Drug Free Workplace (NON-DOT)
The? Drug Free Workplace Evaluation includes
- 48 hour response time
- Face to face clinical assessment
- Referral for treatment and/or education
- Follow up clinical evaluation to determine compliance and safety (as needed)
- Follow up testing schedule (if required by company policy)

This class is designed for the client who does not qualify for treatment, but needs education on THC abuse. This class is appropriate for clients across various referral areas.? The focus is on workplace and saf ety.? Issues addressed:
- I only smoke occasionally.? What is the problem?
- How does marijuana affect me on the job, at home, in relationships?
- How does THC affect brain, body, thinking and feeling?
- Risk Potential and Prevention
- What does marijuana do today that it didn?t do ?back then??

Stimulant Specific Education
Classes Upon Request
This class is designed for the client who does not qualify for treatment, but needs education on stimulant use and abuse.? Issues addressed:
- I only use occasionally.? What is the problem?
- How do stimulants affect me on the job, at home, in relationships?
- How do stimulants affect brain, body, thinking and feeling?
- What are my risk areas and what can I do about them?
- What do stimulant drugs do physically, mentally and socially?

Aggression Reduction Classes
STAR Men?s (Solutions Training for Aggression Reduction)
STAR is an aggression reduction class for men; it is twenty-hours over ten-weeks.? Participants will?
- Explore the costs of hostile behavior to self and others,
- Exercise methods to identify the differences between anger (the emotion) and aggression (the behavior).
- Complete homework assignments relating to self-exploration around issues of anger, aggression and hostility,
- Employ skills of willingness and acceptance in challenging life situations.

Aggression Alternatives
AACES is an eight hour level one aggression reduction class.? Participants in AACES will ?
- Complete a hostility self assessment
- Exercise basic methods to identify the differences between anger (the emotion) and aggression (the behavior).
- Explore the costs of hostility
- Be able to list at least three ways to reduce the risk of future aggressive behavior
