It’s much too easy to be distracted into mindlessness.  This short video with Pema Chodrom uses the Tibetan example of “dunzie’  (doon-z) explaining the distractions that plague us all.  Short and informative.

Anger and Hostility are often our reactions to life when we are in the uncentered state of dunzie/distraction.
